What is it like to study at Laurea?

At Laurea, students are close to working life already during their studies. Some studies take place on the premises of companies, communities and organizations, and representatives of working life also work on Laurea's campuses. This enables encounters between students and working life and interaction leading to genuine collaboration. During your studies, you can create future working life networks and choose the most suitable way for you to study.

Together with the Laurea community and working life experts, the student gets to examine, research and develop various phenomena in real working life situations. We call this approach Learning by Developing, LbD. In development-based learning, work-related research and development projects and development tasks function as diverse and new learning environments.
