You need to attach these documents on the application form:
_Educational certificates including study transcripts
_A copy of a valid passport
_Proof of English proficiency (see accepted tests, degrees and certificates above)
_Work certificates (only when applying to the Master’s degree programme).
Notice that if you are not citizen of countries of the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you are subject to tuition fee. If you are exempted from tuition fee you should save the liberating document to your application.
Starting January 2025, there is expected to be an application fee, collected from applicants from countries outside EU/EEA. This is yet to be confirmed as collecting application fees requires changes in the current Finnish legislation. The application fee would not be charged from Finnish or EU citizens.
Satakunta University of Applied Sciences’ scholarship programme is available for SAMK’s non-EU and non-EEA students who are liable to pay the tuition fee (excluding double degree students).
The scholarships are to be applied only after the studies have started (excluding the early bird discount).
